We simplify all title deed and legal procedures for you during the purchase and sale process. The necessary documents, appointments, and notary stages are carefully planned and managed by our company.

A comprehensive technical inspection is carried out in apartments or independent units prior to delivery. Construction quality, material compatibility, and project compliance are checked. Any deficiencies and damages are identified in a detailed report and communicated to the relevant units. As a result of the inspections carried out with the buyers, the deficiencies are remedied, and the property is made ready for final delivery.

On the specified date, the project is officially delivered, completed in full and with high quality. The title deed, occupancy permit, warranty documents, and related technical documents are presented to the buyer during delivery.
